The Ye Debacle: The Free Speech Absolutists View

Over the past week of Thanksgiving and December 1 through the 5th, Kanye West, the unimaginable decadent lifestyle of Kanye West has met an unimpeachable road block to many. After his interview with Tim Pool went tits up, as he stopped Tim when he was going to interrupt him. Tim Pool, in all his earnesty, tried to push back on Kanye West for his anti-semitic beliefs, which Kanye warned he would “walk out” if his views went unopposed. The consistency in Kanye West is staggering. But nothing could have prepared the world for Kanye West’s three hour rant on Alex Jone’s Infowars. Honestly, the decision to cover this is a no brainer, but due to scheduling conflicts, the story couldn’t be done in time.
What makes Kanye West a grand chess master, even if his views such as “I love Hitler” as being more than a troll, but many have claimed he’s having an illness. Even Ben Shapiro has to weigh in, as the condition of all opinions are focused on one thought: Kanye West is having a mental breakdown.
But many people felt this way when he told a million or more viewers back when Hurrican Katrina ravaged New Orleans: “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” which was as controversial then as anything Ye does. This isn’t new for anything Kanye West has done in his career. But this has already been covered, but the interview, even makes Alex Jones look sane, by comparison.
Scott Adams has a theory regarding the debacle. “Kanye knows he can’t win, so he’s shattering the board.” Changing the game for free speech and even challenged Elon Musk’s free speech view. Showing his top less picture, which then was led to his suspension. Even Milo Yiannopolous removed himself from the Kanye West presidential campaign.
While this is highly controversial, the opinion I hold sacred and dear. Free Speech. And to be clear, Kanye West and his opinions aren’t new. But the condition of free speech is believing that Kanye West has the right to say what he thinks and feels. Even if it insults Jews and non Jews alike, and people can tune in, discuss, shout, scream, curse, and enjoy all the debacle and ugliness free speech is. Free speech is ugly. It’s not for the faint of heart. Free Speech must endure. Even those I don’t like either. I’m not particularly fond of Twitter anons that promote fake news about Republicans that clearly is not true. The fascination with free speech is that I don’t have to consider that speech important either, but it’s my right for it to have an avenue, even if I don’t agree with it. My enemies will not agree, and that’s fine. That’s what makes me better than them.
The consistency of Kanye West is clear. His freedom of Speech must be protected, not Kanye himself.
